Disability Estimates within Social Housing

Many registered providers of social housing have poor data on the health difficulties of their residents. Following work with one client, we have been able to provide estimates of the levels of difficulties that we might expect to see if the self-reported difficulty rates from national surveys were replicated within their resident population.

As a result we present this simple Power BI report that aims to provide a quick way to both understand the prevalence of different types of difficulty and to use this information to estimate numbers for a specific number of residents.
