This dashboard, created in R Shiny, showcases an alerts system we have developed for income officers within social housing organisations. Using statistical process control (SPC), officers' performance across a range of key metrics is tracked over time. Alerts are generated when an officer's performance breaks one of the five SPC rules, indicating either a short-term spike or a longer-term increase or decrease in performance levels.
